I got an accepted offer on a 4 unit multifamily in Waltham right before Covid-19 hit. The asking price was 1.4 million and Matt got my initial offer accepted at $1.325 million. After the inspection and an issue from the appraiser, Matt was able to renegotiate an additional $80K off the purchase price.
